Eligible for Return
- Unworn and unwashed items
- Original tags still attached
- Within 30 days of delivery
- In original condition (no odors, stains, or damage)
Not Eligible for Return
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Items without original tags
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size when available. If your desired size is out of stock, we'll process a refund instead. Exchange requests follow the same process as returns.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed in the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at hello@animestitch.com with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no additional cost.
